6 lakhs=1 mechanial engg seat!

hey!
The other day i had to go along with my uncle to 'buy' my cousin a seat in my engineering college! when we went into the office, there is this hefty guy sitting on a chair that was a little too small for him! anyways that was besides the point! and then my uncle asks him if there are seats for mechanical engineering and he goes something like "yes sir one seat is 6 lakhs! ". my jaw literally dropped!! 6 LAKHS!!i mean. this was ridiculous! how can they ruthlessly just fleece a person off their money in the name of education! but since every parent wants their child to do well in life, become an engineer go to the united states and do his masters, my folks give in and pay that great amount! and this hefty guy takes the money, keeps it in front of god and then puts into one huge cupboard!! now i seriously dont understand why these rogues actually pray after getting this money!
how i wish this system would change! but then we have a long long way to go before we ever see that change! terrible!! what roguery!
